IMPROVED for SXSW INTERACTIVE & FILM 2012 – Hotel shuttle service is offered for Interactive and Film dates for over 50 hotels outside the easily walkable downtown area – see list below!

R&R Limousine & Bus is offering SXSW attendees a pay-to-ride shuttle service to most SXSW hotels outside the easily walkable downtown area to help attendees get to the Convention Center for the conference and trade show activities during the day and back to their hotel after conference hours, film screenings, late parties, and late night showcases during the music festival.

If you’re staying at a hotel outside the walkable downtown area we recommend you buy a R&R Hotel Shuttle pass. Unlimited, 5-day passes for $70, 9-day passes for $110 and single ride tickets for $20 will be available. Passes will be available for purchase onsite at the ACC or buy ahead of time at the R&R Shuttle Website.

When you arrive, pick up your shuttle pass from the driver on the first shuttle you board. All you will need is your ID.

Hotel shuttles will pick up and drop off at Convention Center on Trinity St. side. Hotels will have designated pickup and drop-off points.
