mFlix Offers Film & TV For Your Mobile Phone
Music, film and technology all merge at SXSW and here's one company that encompasses all three. LA-based mFlix, the indie TV channel first to arrive on mobile phones when it all began in 2004, is coming on strong with the addition of a number of successful indie shows to its lineup on MobiTV.
mFlix has recently signed the Chad Vader series from Blame Society Productions, and this follows other hysterical and informative indie TV programming such as The Greg and Donny Show, All’s Faire (both from Dinsosaur Diorama), and a great documentary series called Revel In NY. The latter features professionally produced short documentary films on some of New York’s most intriguing and influential artistic personalities. They also carry some interesting new music videos. It’s nice to see there is a market for thoughtful programming on the phone. If you want to have you work considered by mFlix, visit their site at mFlix.com! For more info on how your company can be a part of SXSW 2011, email Luann Willliams.
